1. Water quality issues
The water quality in the system is poor and does not meet usage requirements:
High levels of Ca2+ and Mg2+; diverse water sources - tap water, groundwater, river and lake water.
The water source contains a large amount of suspended solids and sediment that are used directly without filtration.
2. Pipeline issues
The structure of the newly built pipeline is unreasonable:
The pipeline network was not cleaned properly or was not cleaned at all before the system operation;
Old pipelines with oxidized inner surfaces that flake off when heated; no protection or flushing of the pipeline network during the heating off period.
3. Water quality softening does not meet requirements:
Water quality softening does not meet standards; there is no regular testing of the water quality softening situation;
The soft water system cannot be used continuously, and the system is not equipped with a water softener.
4. Filtration component issues:
Insufficient design of filtration components; unreasonable selection of filtration components;
