Product Introduction of Fully Welded Plate Heat Exchanger:
The heat exchange plates of the all welded plate heat exchanger are made of special stainless steel and pressed with special molds, with a smooth surface that is not easy to scale. Its special ripple design allows the fluid to generate turbulence even at lower flow rates, resulting in high heat transfer efficiency. The entire plate bundle is made of the main material welded by argon arc welding. Not using any non-metallic sealing materials, therefore it has high temperature and pressure resistance performance. Suitable for almost all heat exchange process applications with temperatures ranging from -195 ℃ to 538 ℃ and working pressures ranging from vacuum to 2.8MPa.
