Hotline:
SCR denitration waste heat recovery device

The high-temperature exhaust gas emitted by flue gas SCR method is sent to the gas waste heat recovery device as a heat source to heat cold air through heat exchange, and the heated cold air is transported to the ammonia air mixer and mixed with some high-temperature flue gas for diluting ammonia gas. The wind diluted mixture enters the SCR reactor for denitrification reaction. Adopting gas air plate waste heat recovery device; In medium temperature denitrification, low-temperature cold air can be heated from 55 ° C to 200 ° C and fed into the mixing chamber. In high temperature denitrification, low-temperature cold air can be heated from 55 ° C to 320 ° C and fed into the mixing chamber. The heat exchanger is used to recover the original heat in the flue gas without the need for electricity, which reduces the additional energy required for the entire denitrification system.
