According to the manufacturing process, finned tubes can be classified into three types: integral finned tubes, high-frequency welded finned tubes, and mechanically connected finned tubes. Integral finned tubes - currently, aluminum rolled finned tubes are commonly used, with smooth fins, no burrs, no wrinkles, aesthetically pleasing and bright, easy to clean, and not prone to dust or scale accumulation. The fins have high strength, no contact thermal resistance, resistance to thermal shock and mechanical vibration, and good thermal expansion properties, divided into single metal rolled fin type and double metal rolled fin type. High-frequency welded finned tubes - utilize high-frequency generators to produce high-frequency electromagnetic induction, generating high temperatures at the contact points between the tube and the fins, melting both within a depth range of about 10um.

  High-frequency welded finned tubes - Utilize high-frequency generators to produce high-frequency electromagnetic induction, generating high temperatures at the contact points between the tube and the fins, melting both within a depth range of about 10um, and then applying pressure to bond the fins and the tube into one. No welding agent is used, the manufacturing process is simple, production efficiency is high, and heat transfer and mechanical properties are excellent, but the cost is relatively high.
 
  Mechanically connected finned tubes - Typically available in three types: wound fin type, sleeve fin type, and embedded fin type. The manufacturing process is simple, and to eliminate gaps between the fins and the tube, they are often galvanized or tin-plated to enhance heat transfer and prevent rust. This is a more traditional process, low in cost, and widely used.
