Air heat exchanger (air radiator) selection design parameter requirements

When clients commission the selection and design of heat exchangers from manufacturers, they should provide clear requirements as follows: 1. For unidirectional heating or cooling: ① Name, temperature, and pressure of the heat source or cold source. ② Air volume, inlet temperature, and required outlet temperature. ③ Air inlet pressure and allowable pressure loss after the air passes through the radiator. ④ Others. 2. For circulating heating or cooling (such as drying rooms): ① Name, temperature, and pressure of the heat source or cold source. ② Dimensions of the drying room, insulation measures, name of the material being dried, moisture content, weight dried per hour, and form of material transport. ③ The temperature that needs to be maintained in the drying room.


When customers commission the heat exchanger manufacturer to select and design air heat exchangers, they should provide clear requirements as follows:
 
1. When heating or cooling in one direction
 
① Name, temperature, and pressure of the heat source or cold source.
 
② Air volume, inlet temperature, and required outlet temperature.
 
③ Air inlet pressure and allowable pressure loss after the air passes through the radiator.
 
④ Others.
 
2. When heating or cooling in a cycle (such as in a drying room)
 
① Name, temperature, and pressure of the heat source or cold source.
 
② Drying room dimensions, insulation measures, name of the material being dried, moisture content, weight dried per hour, and material transportation method.
 
③ Temperature that needs to be maintained in the drying room and the time setting for the initial heating to reach the required temperature.
 
④ Air circulation volume, pressure, drying room dehumidification amount, whether it is internal or external circulation, and whether the circulation point is single or multiple.
 
⑤ Others.
 
3. Users can choose the radiator model based on previous usage experience.
 
  It is best to inform the heat exchanger manufacturer of the general conditions used to help determine whether the model, material, processing method, etc., are reasonable and economical.
