  1. During the manufacturing process of removable plate heat exchangers, after the plates are stamped and formed, they must be stored for a certain period to completely eliminate residual stress.

  2. It is essential to protect the surface of the plates to avoid scratches and prevent conditions that could lead to secondary corrosion.

  3. Ensure that the removable plate heat exchanger can operate stably, which also enhances the stability of the system. During the actual operation of the removable plate heat exchanger, especially regarding the chemical composition and temperature of the exchange medium, monitoring should be conducted to keep track of fluctuations in SO42- and Cl-. If any issues are detected, timely and reasonable measures should be taken to address them, thereby achieving protection against corrosion of the removable plate heat exchanger.
