Sealing plate group
The plate group of the plate heat exchanger consists of a set of metal plates sealed with rubber gaskets. The metal plates have a herringbone or corrugated design, creating turbulence in the medium as it flows through the plate channels for heat exchange. The double sealing design prevents confusion between the media in the channels. The plates can be single or double; double plates can be double-walled or welded. The sealing gasket can be installed with adhesive or non-adhesive methods; non-adhesive forms include snap-on, hook, and clip. The roof design of the sealing gasket makes the sealing between the plates more reliable.

Frame guide beam
The frame of the removable plate heat exchanger consists of two large plates, with the front being a fixed plate and the back being a movable plate, also known as a pressing plate. The plate group is suspended between the upper and lower guide beams, with the frame supported by rear columns and fixed to the ground below. A rolling shaft is installed on the upper guide beam for easy opening of the heat exchanger.

Bolts and nuts
Depending on the pressure capacity and guide beam length of the removable heat exchanger, the length and diameter of the bolts vary. To facilitate tightening or loosening the nuts, bearing boxes are also used to secure them below the nuts.
