According to the structural form, it can be divided into non-removable (Type I) spiral plate and removable (Type II, Type III) spiral plate heat exchangers. Structure and Performance 1. This device is made of two rolled plates, forming two uniform spiral channels, allowing the two heat transfer media to flow in full countercurrent, greatly enhancing the heat exchange effect, even with two media of small temperature differences.

This device is made of two rolled plates, forming two uniform spiral channels, allowing the two heat transfer media to flow in full countercurrent, greatly enhancing the heat exchange effect. Even with small temperature difference media, ideal heat exchange results can be achieved. 2. The connection pipe on the shell adopts a tangential structure, resulting in low local resistance. Due to the uniform curvature of the spiral channel, the liquid flows within the device without significant redirection, resulting in overall low resistance, thus allowing for increased design flow rates and higher heat transfer capacity. 3. The end face of the spiral channel in the Type I non-removable spiral plate heat exchanger is sealed by welding, providing high sealing performance. 4. The structural principle of the Type II removable spiral plate heat exchanger is fundamentally the same as that of the non-removable heat exchanger, but one of the channels can be disassembled for cleaning, making it particularly suitable for heat exchange involving viscous or sedimentary liquids. 5. The structural principle of the Type III removable spiral plate heat exchanger is fundamentally the same as that of the non-removable heat exchanger, but both channels can be disassembled for cleaning, offering a wider range of applications. 6. Spiral plate heat exchangers are classified by nominal pressure into PN0.6, 1.0, 1.6, and 2.5MPa (referring to the maximum working pressure that a single channel can withstand). They can also be classified by material into carbon steel and stainless steel, allowing users to choose based on actual process conditions. 7. When a single device cannot meet usage requirements, multiple units can be combined, but the combination must comply with the following regulations: parallel combination, series combination, and equal spacing between devices and channels. Mixed combination: one channel in parallel, one channel in series.
