1. When used in cooling systems, the hot side is equipped with a recirculation system, and the cold side does not have a recirculation system.
 
2. When used in heating systems, the hot side does not have a recirculation system, and the cold side is equipped with a recirculation system, configured with dual pumps. The circulation pump generally has two units, one in use and one as a backup, interlocked with each other.
 
3. When used in heating systems, a supplementary water device is additionally set up, configured with a pressure stabilizing pump (supplementary water pump). The supplementary water pump has both manual and automatic control modes. When using automatic control, an electric contact pressure gauge is set on the pipeline to adjust suitable upper and lower limits. When the system pressure drops to the lower limit, the supplementary water pump automatically starts to replenish water to the system. When the pressure rises to the upper limit, the pressure stabilizing pump automatically stops working. It is also possible to control the supplementary water pump using a high-level expansion water tank to stabilize the system pressure, or to set up a gas positioning tank for automatic water replenishment. When the heat source is high-temperature water, the system should be equipped with an expansion water tank, without a water pump.
 
4. Temperature control: The inlet and outlet of the cold and hot media are equipped with pressure gauges and thermometers. When there are strict requirements for the temperature change of the heated or cooled medium, a temperature control valve can be set at the inlet of the heating or cooling medium to control the outlet temperature of the heated or cooled medium within the required range.
 
5. Safety protection: A safety valve is installed before the circulation pump in the heating system, and other systems have safety valves installed at the outlet of the heated or cooled medium.
