Cleaning methods for plate heat exchangers

Plate heat exchanger cleaning methods
Different causes of blockage and treatment methods:
1. Hard substances; backwashing or manual cleaning.
2. Fibrous soft substances; backwashing or manual cleaning.
3. Scale, etc.; chemical cleaning (soaking) or backwashing and manual cleaning.
Manual cleaning: using simple tools to manually clean the blocking substances.
Operation method: disassemble the plate heat exchanger, remove the plates and gaskets, use a brush or non-metallic tools to clean the dirt on the plates and gaskets, and promptly rinse off any residual substances with clean water before reassembling the plate heat exchanger.
