1. Regularly check all sealing surfaces and welds of the heat exchanger unit for any leaks or abnormal phenomena. If a leak is found, mark the location and handle it after shutdown.
2. Regularly check the pressure gauge and thermometer of the heat exchanger unit to observe for any abnormal phenomena.
3. When shutting down the heat exchanger unit, first slowly close the inlet valves for the hot and cold media, then close the outlet valves for both media. When starting up, do the opposite: first open the outlet valves, then slowly open the inlet valves.
4. Regularly test the low-pressure side media of the heat exchanger unit to prevent high-pressure side media from mixing in. If mixing occurs, it indicates an internal leak, and the unit should be shut down for handling.
What are the quality technical requirements for heat exchanger plates?
1. The thinning amount of the heat exchanger plates should not exceed 30% of the original actual plate thickness.
2. The parallelism of the base surface in any direction should not exceed 3/1000mm.
3. The deviation of the corrugation depth of the heat exchanger plates should not exceed 0.20mm, and the deviation of the gasket groove depth should also not exceed 0.20mm.
4. For plates used in the food industry, the roughness of the working surface after stamping should not be lower than that of the original plate material.
5. The surface of the heat exchanger plates is not allowed to have defects such as pits, scratches, or dents exceeding the thickness tolerance, and cutting burrs must be completely removed.
